This is the only contact channel. There is no phone number, no chat widget and no support desk.
Why there is no contact form
A form has to post somewhere. That means a server, a database, and a place where your message sits until someone reads it — and it would be the only part of QuoteStitch that receives anything from you.
The tool is built so that nothing you load into it ever reaches a server. Adding a form would quietly break that, for the sake of saving one click. So there is an email address instead.
What to write about
- Bugs. Tell us the browser and version, what you dropped in, and what came out. If the band landed in the wrong place, a screenshot of the result helps more than a description.
- Corrections. If a claim on this site is out of date or wrong — including the comparison with other tools — say so and we will fix it. Being checkable is the point.
- A competitor we missed. If another tool already does something we describe as unique, we want to know.
- Takedown and abuse. If content made with this tool infringes your rights, or the site is being used to harass someone, write to the same address.
- Feature requests. Welcome, though see About for the test a feature has to pass.
What to expect
Replies are best effort, usually within a few days. There is no service level agreement and no support team — the same person who writes the code reads the mail.
There is no account to recover, so account questions do not apply. If the tool misbehaves, reloading the page clears every piece of state it holds.
What happens to your message
Your email lands in a normal mailbox and is kept there until the matter is closed, then deleted. It is not added to a mailing list, not shared, and not used for anything except replying to you.
The mailbox provider is a third party and processes the message on our behalf. The privacy policy covers the site itself; an email you send is handled by that provider under its own terms.
